The fifth and sixth matchdays of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers will take place in September. The fifth matchday will be held from Thursday, September 4 to Saturday, September 6, 2025, while the sixth matchday will take place from Sunday, September 7 to Tuesday, September 9, 2025.

Although the pairings are already known, not all official venues for the qualification matches have been announced yet, as the various federations only communicate the cities and stadiums a few weeks before the event.
